Tsusania is an average Empoleon, her parents are a female Empoleon and a male Suicune, so because of that she has the diamond patterns on her feathers. Tsu's life was pretty normal, she was smart, a good swimming, and always rather strong. For a time her dream was to become a professional swimmer, but as time went on she decided she wanted to do something a little more meaningful. So because of this she found a small shipping company called "Staraptor Deliveries". She decided that this would be a good place to work as she could use her strength to move around the boxes and small crates that would be shipped. Also the company was on the verge of bancruptcy, so she offered her services in whatever way possible
The jobs she did went very well, and she loved doing them. Not only could she do heavy lifting thanks to her muscles, she was also able to carry crates across bodies of water, saving on fuel used for boats and such. So on account of all of this "Staraptor Deliveries" was able to save money on machine maintainance thanks to them being used less. But of course the employess and the boss, a Staraptor, respected her as an equal, and only had her do her share of the work. Through all of her time working her muscle naturally grew, but have hit their peak as show here.
Tsu is kind, surprisingly gentle, fairly smart, very healthy, and loves to make friends.

I think I would love to be able to run my hands over those veiny biceps and tell her how gorgeous she is with a physique like that.
I bet she nevertheless gets her fair share of the usual snide comments from guys (and girls too, I bet) comparing her to a man with breasts. She need only focus on those of us who truly see the beauty in her.
You really did a balanced job of emphasizing her left arm as it's flexing, showing off the enormous peak and the swelling veins, as well as her non-flexing right arm showing off its incredible muscle mass all condensed into an arm ready to erupt in size once flexed. The triceps really help emphasize this and brings a good attention to them.
Now if you'll excuse me, I think I'll invite her back to my place and give her big bulging muscles some love as I determine the extent of her pleasure threshold.

I am glad that you like her, and indeed I am sure she gets those comments a lot, but she is smart enough to ignore them.
And I certainly tried to make it look like that arm at rest could have that kind of bicep, I even took into account making the veins on the flexed bicep bigger and more numerous.

Man, she looks great. I really like her body, but I also like the personality that you gave her; she seems like someone who you could get to know really well, even without a sexual thought going through your head.
Course, if you do have those thoughts, well...lets just say, I'm fairly certain she can handle any person with to much of a grabby attitude. Course, if she likes you, it miiiiight be a different story. 'Course, these are all assumptions; I dunno what she would actually do. Just speculating.
